If you have questions about our billing process or if you would like to pay your bill online, you’ve come to the right place.

Billing process
insurance claim
After your testing is complete, we will submit a claim to your health insurance plan whether you are in or out of network. We’ll work directly with your insurer to make sure you get the appropriate coverage.
explanation of benefits
Your health insurance plan will then send you an Explanation of Benefits (EOB). The EOB is not a bill; it is simply an explanation of charges. Do not make any payments based on your EOB.
invoice
After our claim is processed, you may receive an invoice from Pathnostics for any remaining patient responsibility. The claims process may take months to complete, so don’t worry if you don’t receive an invoice right away.

We are dedicated to finding solutions that work for you, regardless of your financial situation. Our financial assistance program includes flexible payment options and may reduce patient responsibility for those who qualify.
